Terms of Service

Welcome to ZoloCreate (the "Service"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service — including the online IDE, live preview, ZoloAI, or any hosted project — you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ZoloCreate. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for any activity on your account resulting from credential loss or sharing.
• One account per person. Automated signups, fake accounts, and account trading are prohibited.

2. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of any code, assets, or projects you create ("Your Content"). ZoloCreate does not claim rights to Your Content.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service (e.g. saving files, rendering the live preview, showing you your own work).
• You are responsible for Your Content. You warrant that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ZoloCreate to:

• Build or distribute malware, phishing sites, illegal content, child exploitation material, or content that incites violence or hate.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit caps, security controls, or the developer-only features.
• Scrape, resell, or sublicence the Service or its AI outputs as a standalone product.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt our infrastructure.
• Use ZoloAI to generate content that violates the underlying AI provider's usage policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. ZoloAI

• ZoloAI is provided "as-is." AI output can be incorrect, insecure, or unsuitable — always review before shipping.
• AI usage is metered by daily credits and a lifetime spend cap ($7.00). These limits may change.
• Pro subscribers receive higher daily credits and priority features. Pro does not remove the lifetime spend cap.
• Student accounts (detected by school email domain) receive a tutor-focused ZoloAI that teaches rather than completes work.

5. Pro Subscriptions

• Pro is billed weekly at $7.00 USD through our payment processor (Stripe).
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial weeks except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The ZoloCreate software, branding, and UI are © 2026 the ZoloCreate team. You may not copy, fork, or rebrand the platform itself without written permission. Your own projects remain yours.

7. Disclaimers & Limits

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim (or $25 if you paid nothing).

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, Your Content may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here and — for logged-in users — flagged in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
